Delete your MedLearn account

You can permanently delete your account directly from MedLearn without contacting support.

Steps

  1. Sign in to MedLearn.
  2. Open Settings, then Profile.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Read the confirmation and approve permanent deletion.

What is deleted

The deletion process removes your authentication account and account-linked profile, progress, favorites, recent activity, notes, feedback, subscription records, device registrations, and uploaded profile data where those records are owned by your account.

What may remain

Limited security, audit, transaction, or backup records may remain for a legally or operationally necessary retention period. These records are restricted and are not used to reactivate your account. Content already anonymized so it can no longer identify you may also remain.
